⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 5–9 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 8–10 business days

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (for customers in the European Economic Area, in accordance with consumer protection laws).


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it

Discounts applied to the original purchase may be recalculated when the refund is processed.

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.


How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return address will be provided after approval of the return request.
Returns are processed through our international logistics center.


Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
