At Cerchron LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your items in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.
Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. A model withdrawal form is available on our Right of Withdrawal page.
2. Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.
Refund Timeline: Without undue delay, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refund Method: Using the same means of payment as the original transaction (Shop Pay, credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.), unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of return, whichever is earliest.
3. Returning the Goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
Return Address: Please contact us at service@cerchron.com to initiate your return and receive the exact return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to change of mind, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Cerchron covers the return shipping.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
To ensure a full refund, please return the item in its original condition:
- Unworn and unused, with any protective films and links intact;
- With all original tags and documentation still attached;
- In the original watch box and packaging, with all accessories included.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example, watches that have been engraved, custom-sized or otherwise customised at your request.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@cerchron.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory warranty rights — which may include a replacement, repair or full refund, including return shipping costs. Consumers in the European Union benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under the terms above.
